Shipping within Australia
Standard Shipping (3–8 business days):
 $10
Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $15

Free Express Shipping for orders over $500.

  • All orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day.
  • We are closed on weekends and public holidays; orders placed during this time will be shipped the following business day.
  • Tracking numbers and invoices will be provided upon dispatch.

Important Notes:

  • Bliss N Bloom Supplies is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages during transit.
    If issues occur, please contact the courier's customer service directly.
  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
    Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made.
  • If you cancel your order after purchasing, a refund will be processed, which may take up to 10 business days.
  • Once your order is dispatched, no refunds will be provided.
  • Bliss N Bloom Supplies is not responsible for product damage due to heat or extreme weather conditions.

Local Pick-Up Policy

  • Pick-up is available Monday–Thursday, 1 PM–3 PM only.
  • Orders must be prepaid online before collection.
  • Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive an email and text notification.
  • Bliss N Bloom Supplies does not offer in-store shopping; only preordered items are available for pick-up.
  • It’s strongly recommended to pick up your order personally, as Bliss N Bloom Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during pick-up.

    Bliss N Bloom Supplies offers refunds or exchanges only for:
  1. Unopened products.
  2. Incorrect items received.
  3. Manufacturer-defective items.

  • Refunds and exchanges are strictly limited to faulty or incorrect items. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by photos showing their condition.
  • Photos should be sent to blissnbloomsupplies@gmail.com.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if items have not yet been shipped.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to cancellations of packed orders.
  • If items are not yet packed, cancellations are free of charge.

Missing Items

  • For missing orders, contact your courier with the tracking number provided.
  • Some orders may arrive in separate packages; please monitor all tracking numbers.
  • If you receive an order with missing items, contact us at blissnbloomsupplies@gmail.com within 72 hours.
    Claims made after 72 hours cannot be honoured

 

Sale and Clearance Items

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a discount code are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
